KUALA LUMPUR: PKR vice-president Tian Chua and activists Hishamuddin Rais and Adam Adli failed to have their sedition cases dismissed by the High Court.
“The court finds that their application has no merit at this point and dismisses the appeal,” said Justice Azman Husin here yesterday.
