KUALA LUMPUR: A High Court here has ordered the New Straits Times Press (M) Bhd to pay RM350,000 in damages to PAS vice-president Datuk Husam Musa in relation to a defamation suit over the management of Air Kelantan Sdn Bhd.
Justice Su Geok Yiam also ordered NSTP to pay RM10,000 in costs and 5% interest beginning from the day the suit was filed.
