Ahmad Zahid: 1.13 million Malaysians aged 12, 18 have not applied or renewed MyKad


BAGAN DATOH: About 1.13 million Malaysians aged 12 and 18 have failed to apply for or renew their MyKad, said Home Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.

He said about 1.06 million Malaysians aged 18 years failed to renew their MyKad while 64,122 aged 12 years who were eligible to apply for the MyKad for the first time did not do so.
