SEREMBAN: Negri Sembilan plans to carry out cloud seeding to prevent the recurrence of a water crisis which last happened in the state eight years ago.
Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Mohamad Hassan said the state would seek the assistance of the National Security Council and the Metreological Services Department to carry out the exercise.
