SEREMBAN: The Negri Sembilan government plans to carry out a cloud seeding exercise to prevent a water crisis in the state last seen in 2006.
The state executive council, in a meeting chaired by Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan on Wednesday has decided to seek the assistance of the National Security Council and the Metreological Services Department to carry out the exercise.
