PETALING JAYA: The lawyer representing the mother charged with hitting her children in Sweden is fighting all the way to the country’s top court to free his client and her husband from being held in custody throughout the trial.
Kristofer Stahre, who is representing Shalwati Nurshal, said he had filed an appeal with Sweden’s Supreme Court to free his client from being held in remand throughout their trial.
