PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal has dismissed an application by Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim to recall retired investigating officer Supt Judy Blacious Pereira in his sodomy case over the issue of his credibility.
Court of Appeal judge Justice Aziah Ali, who chaired a three-man panel, held that Anwar had failed to fulfil the conditions of Section 61 of the Courts of Judicature Act 1964 in relation to additional evidence.
