Imposter Datuk nabbed for assaulting three men


KUALA LUMPUR: A man who posed as a “Datuk” and claimed to be friends with high-ranking police officials has been nabbed after allegedly abducting and beating three men, including a Hong Kong national.

Dang Wangi OCPD Asst Comm Zainuddin Ahmad said the victims claimed they were threatened with a gun and also beaten with a truncheon by the 26-year-old self-proclaimed “Datuk”, who was allegedly high on drugs.
