MUAR: A construction worker pleaded not guilty at the magistrate’s court on Tuesday to kidnapping, raping and having oral sex with a 10-year-old girl in Bakri here.
Sia Tiong Yap, 29, pleaded not guilty to the first charge, under Section 367 of the Penal Code for kidnapping the girl about 2pm at Lorong Jaafar, Jalan Mahmud, Bukit Pasir, on Jan 28.
