PETALING JAYA: Former MIC secretary general Datuk S. Murugesan (pic) was appointed as the party’s new treasurer-general, replacing Datuk R. Ramanan Thursday.
Ramanan had stepped down earlier this week after controversy following a High Court decision against him in a civil case.
