KOTA KINABALU: The counsel of the restaurant manager convicted of raping a schoolgirl has filed an appeal to the High Court to quash a warrant of arrest issued against his client.
Counsel Ram Singh filed the revision for Riduan Masmud at the High Court Registry here yesterday afternoon.
