PUTRAJAYA: The Education Ministry will produce an English proficiency roadmap in April.
Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, who announced this during the ministry’s Annual New Year Address 2014, said it would be part of an initiative to improve the language teachers’ proficiency, the ministry’s focus this year.
