JOHOR BARU: The Tribunal for Home Buyer Claims has ordered a property developer to pay more than RM66,974 to two house owners for failing to complete a project on time.
The tribunal found that Cemerlang Land Sdn Bhd had delayed the Alam Larkin project in Larkin here for about three years before handing over the house keys to the owners.
