KUALA LUMPUR: Evidence given by the taxi driver who allegedly ferried the suspected killer of Arab-Malaysian Development Bank founder Hussain Ahmad Najadi, was only an empty denial, the Sessions Court here was told on Monday.
Deputy public prosecutor Wan Shaharuddin Wan Ladin submitted that it was not logical for the police to know the existence of the Desa Cindaimas condominium and the exhibits in the post box without Chew Siang Chee's help.
