Kajang rep: I resigned to strengthen Pakatan in Selangor

PETALING JAYA: Lee Chin Cheh says he made the decision to resign as Kajang assemblyman in the interest of the people and to strengthen Pakatan Rakyat's ability to serve the people in Selangor.

Lee contested under the PKR banner in the May general election. He secured 19,571 votes, winning the Kajang seat with a 6,824-vote majority in a six-cornered fight against candidates from the Barisan Nasional, Berjasa and three Independents.
