SHAH ALAM: A former deputy vice-chancellor of Universiti Selangor (Unisel) won his defamation suit against his former colleague and four others for a publication which he said implied that he was a rapist.
Sessions Court judge Zaman Mohd Noor held that Prof Dr Mohamed Daud, 60, who was then Unisel’s deputy vice-chancellor (strategic planning and development), succeeded in proving his claim.
