KUALA TERENGGANU: Preliminary autopsy results showed no signs of sexual abuse on a two-year-old girl whose body was found in an empty house in Taman Permint, Seberang Paka, Dungun.
State CID chief Asst Comm K. Manoharan said the results also showed no signs that the girl, Nursyafiqah Adawiyyah Abdullah, was raped or sodomised.
