PONTIAN: The run-up to Chinese New Year is a busy period for Ng Cheng Kin and his family as they will be busy accommodating large orders for their pineapple tarts.

The 40-year-old businessman said the demand this year has been good. Ng added he had already received more than 1,000 orders not only from Pontian and other districts in Johor but also from Singapore.
