PUTRAJAYA: The Catholic Church’s application for leave to appeal against a ruling prohibiting its weekly Herald from using the word Allah has been postponed to March 5.
Counsel for the Church Datuk S. Selvarajah said he was informed by the Federal Court deputy registrar that the hearing date would be pushed back as the earlier hearing date was not suitable for some of the judges.
