KUALA LUMPUR: Umno has withdrawn the defamation suit against PAS secretary-general Datuk Mustafa Ali and two others in relation to the distribution of a sex video clip.
This caused the parties in the civil dispute to record a consent judgment before High Court judge Justice John Louis O'Hara.
