KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here on Wednesday has fixed Feb 18 for decision on an appeal by P. Uthayakumar against the Sessions Court's decision, which jailed him for sedition.
High Court judge Justice Azman Husin set the date after hearing submissions from Uthayakumar's counsel M. Manoharan and Senior Federal Counsel Noorin Badaruddin.
