MALACCA: The International Court of Justice has confirmed that a certificate from it recognising Noor Jan Tuah as the Sultan of Malacca is fake, said Malacca Chief Minister Datuk Seri Idris Haron.
He said the office of the Yang di-Pertua Negeri Melaka received a letter to this effect from the ICJ last September.
