Hearing for 'Allah' case leave appeal postponed to March 5


PUTRAJAYA: The Catholic Church's leave to appeal against a ruling prohibiting Catholic weekly, Herald, from using the word 'Allah', has been postponed to March 5.

Counsel for the Church Datuk S. Selvarajah the Federal Court deputy registrar had informed him that the hearing date would be pushed back as the March 5 date was not suitable for some judges.
