Palanivel: Reprocess and recycle the coconuts, not send to landfill

PETALING JAYA: Coconuts being broken in temples and in front of chariots should be sent for reprocessing to oil mills or for recycling.

This was the practice many years ago, said Natural Resources and Environment Minister Datuk Seri G. Palanivel, who is also the MIC president.
