KUALA LUMPUR: The Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD) has suspended the licences of two taxi drivers for a month for overcharging and not using the meter.
The two are prohibited from driving or operating a taxi during the stipulated period, while the company they are attached to have been served warning letters for not keeping tabs on its drivers.
