KANGAR: The Perlis government is to continue monitoring the prices of daily necessities to ensure that traders do not raise prices arbitrarily.
State Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism Committee chairman Sabry Ahmad said the state government had instructed the Perlis office of the Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism Ministry to undertake the monitoring, including at day markets, weekend markets and night markets.
