PETALING JAYA: The raid by the Selangor Islamic Religious Department (Jais) on the Bible Society of Malaysia is unconstitutional and illegal, said the Bar Council.
Expressing its concern, council president Christoper Leong said it was “alarming that the religious body or enforcement agency of one religion would assume to have jurisdiction over other religions”.
