KUALA LUMPUR: A senior dentist has won his appeal to set aside the Malaysian Dental Council's order asking him to go for a training over a claim of "infamous conduct" in his profession.
Dr Mathew Sebastian, 63, who has 27 years' of experience as a registered dental practitioner, succeeded in proving his case against the council, named as the sole respondent in the appeal.
