Chong: MCA to talk with Papa on new maid intake MoU

KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Seri Michael Chong lauded the decision by Malaysia and Indonesia to allow maid recruitment agencies in both countries to work on a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to enable more Indonesian maids to work here.

The MCA Public Services and Complaints Department head said the move, recently announced by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak, was a step in the right direction to end the maid shortage in the country.
