MCA polls: Heng Seai Kie is new Wanita chief

KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Heng Seai Kie is the new Wanita MCA chief after beating her opponent Tan Cheng Liang with a 137-vote majority.

The 51-year-old Heng, also Perak Wanita MCA chief,  polled 978 votes whileTan, 54, bagged 841.
