GEORGE TOWN: The hole in Nagore Road – which became the subject matter for Lithuanian artist Ernest Zacharevic’s “framed artwork” – has been covered up, but the frame is staying in place.
Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng, in a press conference yesterday, said a cover had been placed over the hole to prevent accidents while the frame had been left untouched.
