JOHOR BARU: Johor wants the Land Public Transport Authority (SPAD) to put the interest and well-being of the people before that of bus operators.
Mentri Besar Datuk Mohamed Khaled Nordin (pic) said SPAD was more interested in serving and accommodating the business interest of bus companies than to provide a better public transportation system.
