KUALA TERENGGANU: Those who have lost their homes in the massive floods in the state can apply for a free house worth RM40,000 under the Poorest People’s Housing Project, said Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Ahmad Said.

“In such cases, their homes have either been swept away by floodwaters, collapsed or the damage is just beyond repair. These are considered total losses.
