KUALA LUMPUR: The prestigious Merdeka Award paid tribute to 22 people for their outstanding contributions to the country’s advancement in an exhibition.
Regent of Perak Dr Nazrin Shah, who is also the chairman of the Merdeka Award Board of Trustees, said he hoped that the exhibition would cultivate an appreciation for the arts and sciences, as well as inspire and excite young Malaysians to explore and pursue their passions in the various fields.
