KUALA LUMPUR: A handful of former residents of Highland Towers gathered at the site of the abandoned blocks to mark the 20th anniversary of the tragedy that took 48 lives.
Former resident of Block 2 Chan Keng Fook, 56, said the traumatic incident would always remain in their hearts.
