GEORGE TOWN: Barisan Nasional backbencher Datuk Roslan Saidin (BN-Pinang Tunggal) has been referred to the Rights and Privilege Committee over his racist doctor remarks uttered during the July sitting.
Speaker Datuk Law Choo Kiang made the ruling under provision 34(8) of the Standing Order after most of the Pakatan Rakyat assemblymen voted for the motion was tabled by Soon Lip Chee (DAP-Jawi).
