NGO: Stakeholders should set up one committee to oversee heritage sites

SUNGAI PETANI: The Tourism and Culture Ministry, the Department of Museums and the Kedah government should form a committee to study the problems in Bujang Valley and other heritage sites, said NGO Bujang Valley Study Circle chairman and researcher Datuk V. Nadarajan.

“The committee can suggest steps to protect such sites instead of just passing the buck to other departments. It will be easier if one body oversees such matters.
