Ex-director charged with 10 counts of cheating involving RM11.6mil


KUALA LUMPUR: A former marketing director of a construction company has been charged in the Sessions Court here with 10 counts of cheating and falsifying documents involving the purchase of five semi-detached houses worth RM11.62mil.

Yee Hooi Ling, 41, who was the former marketing director of Syarikat BHL Construction Sdn Bhd, is accused of cheating the company’s director Zaiful Ayu Ibrahim Ibrahim by inducing him into believing that the company had approved a discount of RM2,378,000 to her for the purchase of a three-storey, semi-detached house at Lot S-20 in USJ One Park worth RM2,378,000.
