KUALA LUMPUR: A Magistrate's court here has transferred to the High Court the case of a tow-truck operator charged with murdering Arab-Malaysian Bank founder Hussain Ahmad Najadi.
Magistrate Erry Shahriman Nor Aripin granted the application by deputy public prosecutor Wan Shaharudin Wan Ladin to transfer the case faced by Koong Swee Kwan, which is charged under Section 302 of the Penal Code.
