JOHOR BARU: Flood waters have receded in the state and the situation has improved from Thursday as evacuees were able to return to their homes.
As at 7am Friday, 1,825 victims from 468 families were still seeking shelter at 26 flood relief centres in districts like Batu Pahat and Segamat, which has the most victims.
