A NEIGHBOUR turned out to be the thief when he was caught red-handed stealing a girl’s panties on CCTV in Taman Suria, Kajang, Selangor.
The girl’s father was awakened by a barking dog at 3.30am and found that a few more of his daughter’s panties had gone missing, according to a Harian Metro report.
