PETALING JAYA: Kedah Mentri Besar Datuk Mukhriz Mahathir is now appearing to downplay the destruction of candi 11 in Sungai Batu, Lembah Bujang, saying it was merely a structural base and not even part of the original structure.
"It is not like a structure that is still standing tall like (ancient temples in Indonesia and Cambodia) Borobudur/Angkor Wat," he said in his personal Twitter account Wednesday.
