MANDOPOP singer Wang Leehom proposed to his wife with 500,000 “I love you” messages, Nanyang Siang Pau reported.

The star revealed that his fans contributed to his success in proposing to Lee Jing Lei – a 27-year-old post-graduate student from Columbia University.

Wang asked his fans to say “I love you” in different languages and dialects at every city he visited during his concert tours and recorded them.

He planned the proposal after gathering 500,000 clips.

Wang and Lee got married in New York last Thursday.
