KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court set aside former Malaysian Athletic Federation deputy president Datuk Karim Ibrahim’s his six-year suspension, over two doping incidents because he was not a member at the time the suspension was made.
High Court (Appellate and Special Powers) judge Justice Zaleha Yusof allowed the application to lift Karim's 2011 suspension.
