KUALA LUMPUR: An Opposition MP has accused Deputy Federal Territories Minister Datuk Dr J. Loga Bala Mohan of misleading the House over his statement on the assessment rate hike in Kuala Lumpur.
Lim Lip Eng (DAP-Segambut) also proposed that the Senator be referred to the Rights and Privileges Committee under Standing Order 36 (12) as the latter's statement contradicted an announcement made by minister Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor.
