Group seeks govt intervention to resolve dispute over five-star project


KUALA LUMPUR: A group of disgruntled buyers of the Nexus Karambunai Residence Spas and Pool Villas project claimed that Karambunai Corp Bhd (KCB) sold them a purportedly five-star residential project that did not deliver what was promised.

The representatives, from a not-for-profit Nexus Property Owners’ Association Ltd (NPOA) established in Hong Kong, is seeking government intervention to resolve the four-year-old dispute over the project near Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
