PETALING JAYA: The MySikap system worked flawlessly during its pilot test in two states before its nationwide rollout on Nov 1, says the Road Transport Department (JPJ).
According to JPJ director-general Datuk Ismail Ahmad, both pilot tests in Perlis and Malacca went smoothly, but when it ran the system beginning this month, “it got stuck”.
