Time needed for MySikap to be 100% operational

KUALA LUMPUR: The MySikap online system upgrade that made thousands of motorists wait for days to renew their licences or road tax will only be fully stable next year.

Road Transport Department (JPJ) director-general Datuk Seri Ismail Ahmad said time was needed for the migration to MySikap on Nov 1 from the previous Sikap system to be fully stable.
