Pahang expects floods to hit several districts early next month

KUANTAN: Several districts in the state will be hit by massive floods in the first week of December should heavy and continuous rain occur during the period, said state secretary Datuk Seri Muhammad Safian Ismail.

Muhammad Safian said the meteorological department had forecast high tide from Dec 3 to Dec 8, and if there was heavy rainfall, “big problems” could be expected.
