SEVERAL locations along the North-South Expressway identified as congested during the festive seasons and school holidays are in the process of being upgraded.
A total of RM1.44bil will be spent to upgrade the stretches to ease traffic flow, said Deputy Works Minister Datuk Rosnah Rashid Shirlin.
